On the acquisition of First Option Technical Support (FOTS), phoenix47 inherited a rather dated (but functioning) 24×7 Support Centre based in Alresford (near Winchester) in the UK. phoenix47 quickly set about investing in improved technology by swapping out ageing desktop Support PC’s with hi-tech, laptop/docking station solutions and dual 24 inch monitors per desk. The next part of the Strategic investment in our 24×7 Support Centre was to upgrade the facility. As part of the heavy investment by phoenix47 into making our Support Centre world class, the upgrade has been completed to include:
- Diverse, high availability fibre networks
- Complete re-branding and decoration of the Support Room
- Brand new desk and chairs
- 2x large wall monitors to provide real-time exception alerts and reporting
- Rewiring of sockets and underfloor power
- All new desk technology to include Dual monitors, thunderbolt docking
- Nosie cancelling support desk headsets
- Build Area for our Engineers
- Provision of a welcome area for customers
- Hospitality chiller
