Microsoft 365 Backup
phoenix47 offers a comprehensive backup and recovery solution for your Microsoft 365 Business Data. Each customer employee has a data quota that can be pooled across the organisation. There is a set monthly price (per user) for this Service. This Service includes a 24x7x365, UK based Technical Team to assist with restores. The Service is managed proactively to include Availability, Capacity and underlying virtualised and backup technologies. Your data is encrypted to AES256 making it secure and is stored in a highly secure Azure cloud (on premise solutions can also be provided). Monthly reports are provided along with published SLA’s backed by financial penalties. This solution provides a standard, ‘behind the scenes’ backup (and recovery point) of your business data. Optional eDiscovery functionality can be added as a bolt on (see below).

Intelligent Archive (eDiscovery)
phoenix47 offers an Intelligent Archive (eDiscovery) Service Option. This intelligent, encrypted archive for your business data includes Boolean/wildcard search and enables the organisation to locate, ring-fence (legal hold), move, restore and extend the retention of individual Users data (or data by type). This is an invaluable tool for Human Resources, Legal Hold requirements and Company Data Compliance. Data within this Intelligent Archive is forensically tracked and logged via a court submissible audit trail. Many of our customers utilise this Intelligent Archive function to archive low value business data (that may be required for right to delete, legal hold or SAR requests, for example). The archived data is no longer required to be backed up on a regular basis, saving significant IT infrastructure costs and is held securely either on premise or in an Azure cloud region of choice (encrypted).
